Distribution of Agape: It is the responsibility of the Agape Team to distribute all Agape.
Please deliver Agape to the Agape Room (Room 1), but do not place in Agape Bags or deliver
to a Pilgrim's room.
DINING ROOM AGAPE: Starts at dinner on Friday (for Pilgrims and Team) and continues for every meal until the end of the Weekend as available. Agape in the DR will be distributed ONLY if there is enough for everyone (48 total). Everyone should get the same thing. TALK ROOM AGAPE: Starts after dinner on Friday. Will be distributed throughout the rest of the Weekend as available. Please provide enough for Pilgrims, Table Leaders, and Assistant Table Leaders (32 total). Everyone should get the same thing. BED AGAPE: Distributed Friday night (in cloth Agape bag), Saturday night, and Sunday Noon. Provide enough for pilgrims, team, or both. Every pilgrim should be given the same thing. No pilgrim should be sent ANY personal notes. Team members may receive personal notes at these times. PERSONAL: Sunday afternoon after the last talk (Pilgrims only) - It is the Sponsor's responsibility to get 10-12 letters/cards with pilgirim's first and last name on them. Place them in an envelope/bag, mark "Personal Agape," and give to the Agape Team on Thursday night. Any personal letters, cards, or gifts received from anyone other than the Sponsor will be placed in the Pilgrim's take-home bag. TALK AGAPE: A personal note distributed to Team Member/Clergy before giving Talk. Pilgrims: Whatever you send (i.e. letter, card, bookmark, pin, etc.), there must be one for EACH Pilgrim. If not, item will be held and placed in pilgrim's take-home bag. Large Items will also be held and placed in their take-home bags. Team: Distributed with no limitations. Both: Notes to pilgrims and team members from prayer partner (name drawn during Sponsor's Hour) will be given at Sunday noon. Non-Resident Spiritual Directors: Given before Talk. |
