  Get Manuals/Team Books from BD Rep for distribution.
  Contact Team Selection Committee Chairperson for Leadership and Team selection.
  Get Shed Key from Community Lay Director.
  Send letter to Team (Team Schedule, Deposit/Fee, Commitment, etc.).
  Send letter to Sponsors (include Agape Distribution).
  Contact George Seffers (304-728-8237) to list Team Members and Pilgrims in Newsletter.
(Also, request latest copy of Newsletter for 4th Day Packets.)
  Contact Phil Karras to list Team Members and Pilgrims on the Web Site.
  Contact Debbie Bowers (301-834-7119) for Name, Bed, Door, Cup Tags, brown agape bags with names, and Talk Posters.
  Make the Team and Pilgrim Meal Cards.   (Right-Click: MealCardsSongs.doc and MealCardsNames.doc files)
  Contact Doug Wilson (304-274-0213) to confirm taking Pictures Saturday morning of the
Weekend. 1 Picture – Team (including Agape Team) and Pilgrims.
  Contact Jim Barnett (301-834-6824) to confirm set up of Sound System for the Weekend,
and Closing. Make sure Music Books and Tissues go with Sound System to Closing.
  Contact Annie Painter Davis (301-668-4309) to arrange pick-up of Weekend Supplies.
  Contact Cindy Barber (304-263-1907) to arrange pickup of General Agape.
  Contact Mar-Lu (301-874-5544) to set up pre-Weekend Meeting. Reminder: make sure the Building, and the parking area gate, at the bottom of the hill will be unlocked on Saturday night for the Community Candlelight Service.
  Contact Candlelight Coordinator (Board Member) to determine who does what.
  Two Gatherings prior to Weekend, have Prayer Vigil and Snack sign-up sheets.
  Inventory Supplies – be sure to check "In Remembrance" video.
  Communion Elements (Thursday Team; Friday Morning; Dying Moments -large loaf; Closing).
  Prepare a list of Team and Pilgrims for 4th Day Packets.
  Prepare names of Team Members and Pilgrims for Sponsor’s Hour on
Thursday night, and Candlelight on Saturday night.
  Prepare a list of Team and Pilgrims by Room for Agape distribution.
  Prepare a list showing Prayer Partners during Talks.
  Select Table Names from Container with crosses, bases and name plates. [names]
  Return unused Team and Pilgrim Applications to Registrar.
  Arrange with Community Members to set up for Closing (optional).
  3 x 5 Cards for Questions on Weekend.
  Remind Spiritual Director(s) to bring "Anointing Oil".   (A bottle is in the chapel trunk.)
  Agape-Team: Bring Helium-filled colored balloons for the Emmaus signs.
